We follow the guidelines and terms and conditions of NRTO for all our training courses.
Cancellation by Taalloket
Some of our courses can only go ahead if there are enough participants. If the course of your choice cannot go ahead, we will inform you at last two weeks before the starting date.
Cancellation by participant
If you cancel your registration two weeks before the starting date at the latest, we will arrange a refund minus a €7,50 administration fee. If you cancel your registration within two weeks of the starting date, we will charge the total course fee.
You can cancel your TOEFL ITP up until one week before the test day. That way, other students may still use your spot. Please cancel by sending an email to taalloket@taalcentrum-vu.nl.
When you cancel your TOEFL ITP, a €10,00 administration fee applies, meaning we can arrange a €90,00 refund when you cancel on time.
